Port Douglas School Programs & School Excursions

Looking for Port Douglas School Programs for your class? Look no further than Wildlife Habitat!

Your class can get up close and personal with a range of Australian animals, including kangaroos, koalas and cassowaries. We understand the importance of education and learning to ensure observation, appreciation and conservation for the future.

Children will join a passionate Wildlife Keeper for a 30 minute guided tour through the park’s unique ecosystems; wetlands, savannah, woodlands and rainforest.

Our school programs can be tailored to link to your current curriculum and customised to your classes year level.

School excursions can also include a behind-the-scenes visit to the Tropical Animal Rehabilitation Centre. This not for profit initiative cares for and rehabilitates sick, injured, orphaned or displaced wildlife.

Please note: the rates apply to local Cairns, Port Douglas and Atherton Tablelands region schools only. For schools in other regions, please contact us for rates.
