General shopping centre hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday; 10:00am to 4:00pm Sunday, although some centres are open later on Thursday evenings. Public holidays follow Sunday opening hours. Port Douglas Markets Sunday – 8am – 1pm
